Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!  We have tried to keep a simple, straight forward return policy.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item MUST BE in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase to qualify for a return.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (as paid by LowCostEarbuds.com – not the cost on your invoice) will be deducted from your refund amount and a 15% restocking fee will also be deducted.  Receipts available to show your original shipping costs as paid by LowCostEarbuds.com is available, upon request.

Shipment Processing and Delivery Times

We ship USPS PRIORITY, which is 2-3 day delivery to nearly everywhere in America! We ship usually within 24 hours on nearly every order, so you can expect your order FAST!  (In some cases, depending on stock and availability, additional time may be needed prior to shipment, especially on large orders. We will call you if additional time beyond 1 business day is required to keep you informed.)

Please note: LowCostEarbuds.com can not be held liable for any “longer than expected” transit or delivery times. We ship AS WE STATE on your invoice (or we will refund your shipping cost 100%).   If your product is needed by a certain date, we ask that you CALL FIRST before placing an order to guarantee delivery.  In some cases, we will recommend to upgrade shipping to a PRIORITY OVERNIGHT shipment to ensure delivery if you require the product FAST.
